PLOT
The "Magical Girl Raising Project," a widespread and well-liked social network game, offers participants a 1-in-10,000 chance of becoming a magical girl in real life. Each of the magical girls has her own specific talents and capabilities, and she earns Magical Candies by helping others and doing good things. However, at some point, the city's leadership decided that sixteen magical girls were too many, and they declared they would decrease the population in half by taking away the powers of the magical girl with the fewest Magical Candies each week. The girls soon find themselves forced into a life-or-death conflict with one another as the game's rules spiral out of control.
